Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and WorkLens, Inc. ("WorkLens," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the WorkLens AI-powered workflow automation platform, including our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using WorkLens, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use our Service.
Important: These Terms include provisions that limit our liability and require individual arbitration for disputes. Please read them carefully.
Description of WorkLens Service
Core Platform
WorkLens is an AI-powered workflow automation platform that helps teams and organizations streamline their processes through intelligent automation, integrations, and analytics.

- AI-Powered Automation: Intelligent workflow automation using machine learning algorithms
- Third-Party Integrations: Connections to 100+ popular business tools and services
- Workflow Builder: Visual drag-and-drop interface for creating custom workflows
- Real-Time Analytics: Performance monitoring, bottleneck detection, and optimization insights
- Team Collaboration: Shared workspaces, task assignment, and progress tracking
- API Access: RESTful APIs for custom integrations and enterprise solutions
Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
User Accounts and Registration
Account Creation
To use WorkLens, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You agree to:
- Provide truthful, accurate, and complete registration information
- Maintain and update your information to keep it current
- Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Account Types
- Individual Accounts: For personal use and small teams
- Organization Accounts: For businesses with multiple users and advanced features
- Enterprise Accounts: For large organizations with custom requirements and SLAs
Age Requirements
You must be at least 16 years old to use WorkLens. If you are between 16 and 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use our Service.
Acceptable Use Policy
Permitted Uses
You may use WorkLens for legitimate business and personal workflow automation purposes in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Illegal Activities: Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws

- Reverse Engineering: Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Competitive Intelligence: Use the Service to develop competing products or services
- Spam or Abuse: Send unsolicited communications or abuse our messaging systems
- Data Mining: Scrape or harvest data from the Service without permission
- Impersonation: Impersonate others or provide false identity information
AI and Automation Restrictions
- Do not use AI features to generate harmful, discriminatory, or illegal content
- Do not attempt to manipulate or bias AI algorithms for malicious purposes
- Do not use automation to violate third-party terms of service or rate limits
- Do not create workflows that could cause harm to individuals or organizations
AI Services and Machine Learning
AI-Powered Features
WorkLens uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to provide intelligent automation, optimization suggestions, and predictive analytics. By using these features, you understand that:
- AI recommendations are based on data patterns and may not always be accurate
- You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated suggestions
- AI models are continuously improved using anonymized, aggregated data
- AI performance may vary based on data quality and complexity
Data Processing for AI
To provide AI-powered features, we may process your workflow data to:
- Generate personalized workflow recommendations
- Identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities
- Provide predictive analytics and insights
- Improve our AI models (using anonymized data only)
AI Limitations and Disclaimers
- AI suggestions are not guaranteed to be accurate or suitable for your specific needs
- You should always review AI-generated content before implementation
- We are not liable for decisions made based on AI recommendations
- AI features may be updated or modified without notice

WorkLens integrates with numerous third-party services including but not limited to:

- Development: GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Jira, Azure DevOps
- Productivity: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Notion, Trello
- Cloud Storage: Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, Box
- CRM & Sales: Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive
- Marketing: Mailchimp, SendGrid, Zapier
Integration Responsibilities
When using integrations, you acknowledge that:
- You must comply with each third-party service's terms of use
- You are responsible for maintaining valid credentials and permissions
- Integration functionality depends on third-party API availability
- We are not responsible for third-party service outages or changes
- Data shared through integrations is subject to third-party privacy policies
Integration Data Handling
- We only access data necessary for workflow automation
- Integration credentials are encrypted and securely stored
- You can revoke integration permissions at any time
- We may cache integration data temporarily for performance
Subscription Plans and Billing
Subscription Tiers
- Starter (Free): Basic features for up to 3 users
- Professional ($29/month): Advanced features for up to 10 users
- Enterprise (Custom): Full features with unlimited users and custom SLA
Payment Terms
- Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
- You are responsible for all applicable taxes
Free Trial and Cancellation
- New users may receive a free trial period
- Trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- Data may be deleted after account termination
Usage Limits
Each plan includes specific usage limits:
- Number of active workflows and automations
- API requests per month
- Data storage and retention periods
- Integration connections and sync frequency
Intellectual Property Rights
WorkLens Intellectual Property
WorkLens and its original content, features, functionality, and underlying technology are owned by WorkLens, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Content and Data
- You retain ownership of all content and data you upload to WorkLens
- You grant us a limited license to use your content to provide the Service
- You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all content you upload
- You must not upload content that infringes others' intellectual property rights
License to Use WorkLens
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use WorkLens for your internal business purposes during your subscription period.
Restrictions
- You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of our software
- You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- You may not remove or alter any proprietary notices
- You may not use our trademarks without written permission
Data Security and Privacy

- Enterprise Plans: 99.9% monthly uptime with SLA credits
- Scheduled Maintenance: Announced 24 hours in advance when possible
Support Response Times
- Starter: Community support and documentation
- Professional: Email support within 24 hours
- Enterprise: Priority support within 4 hours, phone support available
Service Credits
Enterprise customers may be eligible for service credits if we fail to meet uptime commitments. Credits are calculated as a percentage of monthly fees and applied to future bills.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- WorkLens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for third-party service outages or integration failures
- We are not liable for decisions made based on AI recommendations
- We are not liable for data loss due to user error or account termination
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WorkLens and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service in violation of these Terms
- Your content or data that infringes third-party rights
- Your violation of applicable laws or regulations
- Your negligent or wrongful conduct
Termination
Termination by You
- You may terminate your account at any time through account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- You remain responsible for all charges incurred before termination
Termination by WorkLens
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you:
- Violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
- Fail to pay subscription fees
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
- Pose a security risk to our systems or other users
Effect of Termination
- Your access to the Service will be immediately suspended
- Your data may be deleted after a grace period
- You may export your data before termination
- Surviving provisions of these Terms will remain in effect
Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution
Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at legal@worklens.com to seek informal resolution. We will work in good faith to resolve any disputes.
Binding Arbitration
Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration will take place in San Francisco, California.
Class Action Waiver
You agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:
- Posting updated Terms on our website
- Sending email notifications to registered users
- Displaying prominent notices in our application
- Providing at least 30 days' notice for material changes
Your continued use of WorkLens after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with changes, you may terminate your account.
General Provisions
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and WorkLens regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
